We want to let you know about our rules for canceling appointments. We put these rules in place to keep things running smoothly for everyone. If you forget or cancel your appointment without telling us soon enough, it causes problems. We miss the chance to fill that time, and others who need our services also miss out. So, we ask all clients, new and old, to pay for the deposit when you book your appointment.
Now, if you don't tell us about changes or cancellations in time, we'll have to keep your deposit as a no-show/late cancellation fee. Here's how it works:
- No charge if you tell us at least 24 hours BEFORE your appointment.
- If you don't show up or tell us less than 24 hours before, we'll charge the deposit $100 for longer appointments and $50 for shorter ones.
It is your responsibility for late cancellations and no-shows. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be redeemed for that session and you will not receive a refund. If you're using a voucher, it will also be redeemed at the total amount of the deposit required for that type of service. When it comes to service packages, any no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled treatment. If you cancel or reschedule your reservations at least 24 hours before your appointment time, you will receive a full credit at our spa.
We'll remind you about these rules when you book an appointment.
We get that sometimes things come up, and you have to cancel. But most of the time, appointments are missed without a good reason. We even remind you a week and a day before, but still, some folks forget to cancel. When this happens, others miss the chance to get an appointment.

REFUND POLICY:
Here at IMAGESTHETIC, we carefully discuss your treatment goals, going over what you can expect from each procedure, along with the benefits and possible risks. We offer both individual treatments and discounted packages to fit your needs and budget.
Once you've bought our services, we don't do refunds. But, if you have some unused value from a treatment package, we're happy to apply it to any other service we offer.
For Skin Care Products, once you buy them, it's a done deal. However, if your skin doesn't agree with a product and reacts negatively within 7 days of purchase, we'll gladly refund you.
Now, when it comes to treatments like lasers, facials treatments once the treatment is done, the sale is final. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or credits.
We're very honest with you — aesthetics isn't an exact science. How you respond to a treatment can be different from someone else. We can't guarantee specific results, but we always aim to give you the best possible outcome.
